PM 24 PX Knuckle Boom Crane (PM24024)

High-precision knuckle boom crane manufactured by PM Oil & Steel (Modena, Italy), part of the Tadano Group. The PM24 PX series offers two configurations to meet different operating needs:

PM24024 PX: Maximum capacity (19.8 tm) with moderate reach. Well suited for heavy loads where horizontal reach is limited. Ideal for erection and logistics work in areas with restricted side clearance.

PM24025 PX: Extended reach (14.75 m horizontal, 18.50 m vertical). Ideal for industrial erection and wide-area coverage while maintaining excellent capacity (18.3 tm). A versatile solution for projects with multiple unloading points.

Both variants share a heavy-duty hydraulic system, low-pressure CDS valves for precise movements, a moment limiter, full 400° slewing and manual extendable outriggers. Compact structure that fits trucks from 18–20 tons depending on configuration. Ready to operate with a professional crew from day one.

PM24024 PX: 18–19 ton straight trucks. Configurable with 2 STD outriggers, 2 XL or 4 outriggers. Recommendation: 18–19 ton truck for optimal balance.

PM24025 PX: 19–20 ton straight trucks. Configurable with 2 STD outriggers, 2 XL or 4 outriggers. Recommendation: 19–20 ton truck for maximum operating stability.

Low-pressure CDS valves ensure highly precise, oscillation-free movements. Hydraulic moment limiter automatically protects against overload. Interlock 1–2 for safe control of extensions. High-performance slide pads made of durable materials. Front-mounted cylinder connections with direct, bend-free coupling to prevent leaks. Certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN ISO 14001:2014, OHSAS 18001:2007.

Rack-and-pinion slewing, manual outriggers with 5.1–6.6 m extension, 150 liter oil reservoir, standard manual control valve, lifting hook, regenerative valve for maximum extension speed, CDS safety valves with low-pressure control.
